Absolutely top notch customer service and workmanship. The only company I’ll call for repair or install for the rentals I oversee or my own needs. Steve Zagman has installed multiple A/C units for me and I have absolutely no complaints, I had to get Steve to correct another companies work that was a complete disaster install , he had is running and cleaned up the mess the other company did. You can’t go wrong with Engineered.

My husband and I are coming up on a year after having our Heat Pump installed. This was not only the most cost effective solution, Engineered offered the best customer service. I highly recommend their services.

Tip: Engineered does not have an electrician on staff. If you need electrical work with your new heating solution, we used Swanson Electrical. They were the most affordable and reliable.

Made an appointment for more than a week out. I called the day before to confirm and was told they could not come out and maybe could get to me in 2 weeks. So when we're they going to call me to notify of canceling appointment and reschedule? Never.

Working with Engineered Heating and Cooling was easy and painless. A tech was able to come out quickly and confirm a prior (different company's) conclusion that our furnace needed replacing. The company recommended a new unit and provided an estimate, and explained why they were recommending that unit, along with the recommended optional air purifier. Once we approved the estimate, the installation was scheduled quickly (less than a week). The techs showed up on time, installed the new furnace, explained everything to us, and hauled the old one away. EHC took care of registering the new furnace for the warranty, a few weeks after the install. On top of that, they were aware of a potential rebate and worked with the furnace manufacturer to get us qualified for that rebate, which we really appreciate.

Engineered Heating and Cooling cleaned the ducts and tuned up our furnace in our new house. We chose them in part because we wanted a company that would actually brush out the ducts well, and we are really happy with how thoroughly they cleaned our ducts. They were very professional and honest. I appreciated their communication, and it was very easy to pay my bill online. I would definitely recommend them.

very professional. I was very impressed from the initial quote to the installation. Tim and his crew are excellent. I chose them after getting several estimates from other hvac companies. My uncle highly recommended them. Now I also very highly recommend them. Excellent communication and hard workers. I will definitely share their number with friends and family for any hvac work they may need.
